Telescopic Leader Rig Systems

The telescopic leader rig is a versatile system for the installation and extraction of steel sheet piles, tubular piles and bearing piles.  There are a number of applications for these Rig systems such auger drilling and sheet pile pressing.

The verticality and position of the sheet pile during installation is controlled by the operator from inside the cab.

The telescopic leader rig can be ready for work within one hour of arrival on site.

The variable moment vibratory hammers have adjustable static eccentric weights which reduce the vibration when starting and stopping the vibratory hammer.

The eccentric weights are altered by the operator from the cab to utilise the optimum vibration to install the pile, therefore ensuring that excessive vibration is not used.

The vibratory hammer can be removed and a preaugering motor and flights mounted onto the mast. The preaugering equipment is used to loosen dense ground conditions prior to installation with the Telescopic Leader Rig or Still Worker Pile Press.

The vibratory hammer can also be replaced with a hydraulic impact hammer.
